Mrs. Fraser 2nd Grade Teacher

Hi, my name is Mrs. Fraser. I am very excited to be teaching fifth grade this school year. This will be my third year teaching at Manatee School of Arts and Sciences. I have taught first and second grades while at MSAS. I am looking forward to the challenge of teaching fifth grade. We have many exciting things happening at MSAS this year. First, in our class we will be implementing a new reading program called READ 180. Next, the school has adopted a new math program called Singapore Math. I look for to these exciting changes coming to our school, and I am sure you will find them to be very beneficial to your child’s education.

Here is a little background information about me. I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education; I also have a master’s degree in reading education. Before coming to MSAS I was a stay at home mom for 4 years. Prior to that, I have 8 years teaching experience in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties.
